To generate your health reference report, we may collect: your name and contact details, the symptoms you describe, tongue-photo images, medical history, allergy history, emotional self-assessments, and conversation records from your consultation. Health-related data is "special category personal data" under GDPR Article 9, which we process only with your explicit consent.

Your information is used only to: generate and deliver your health reference report, arrange human-advisor review, handle necessary customer support, and (with your consent) send product updates. We never sell your personal information.

We share the minimum necessary information only with: licensed wellness advisors who review your report, our payment processor Stripe (transaction data only), and our email provider (to send your report). All partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

After you consent via our cookie banner, we use anonymous analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and optional Google Analytics) to understand site usage and improve our service. Strictly necessary cookies (session/language preference) are always on. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

Under GDPR / CCPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any right or delete your account, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service, and remove it from active systems promptly upon your deletion request (except where law requires retention).
